Since September 2025 the Gallery space of The Clocktower has been occupied by Portrait artist - Polly Pincott. Polly has made the space her own as a studio and gallery space.

Do you need a bright open space to develop new ideas or bring a project to life? We offer temporary to long term residencies in our Oxfordshire studio. You’ll have your own space as well as access to our kitchen and toilet. Plus, there’s an on-site cafe for caffeinated inspiration.

With effect 23rd May 2026 we have an artist-in-residence opportunity within the main studio space. The allocated space has a front of house entrance as per Polly’s studio, however, the space remains within the open plan workshop space. The space is 2.25 metres x 3.9 metres and has a gallery hanging systems for Artwork, providing an ideal opportunity to exhibit work.

We also have opportunities for artists to use the remaining space of the studio on a regular daily basis (non teaching days) or allocated weeks in July, August, September, October, December. The size of the studio excluding the allocated space at the front is 3.85 metres x 9.4 metres and presently occupies 11 × 150cm x 75cm tables, so plenty of space to work. There is a backdoor entrance, providing your own access route.
