Lessons are configured to suit the participants and time of
season. A typical class in February, for example,
will be structured as follows:
9:30 to 10:30 - Explanation of the day's structure,
subjects etc with full demonstrations.
10:30 to 10:50 - Coffee break.
10:50 to 12:30 - Initial studies, participants apply the
morning's lesson.
12:30 to 14:00 - Lunch on terrace or beach.
14:00 to 16:00 - Further development of ideas and one to
one guidance.
16:00 to 16:15 - Reflection on day's activities and
considerations for next activity - supplemented with
suitable refreshments.
