In order to develop her own art work she spent a short period of time in Portugal pursuing her natural ability to capture images in paint. Whilst there she provided private tuition to a number of expatriates to ensure she kept her hand in teaching.

On her return she took on the role of Head of Art and Design at a reputable Private school in Oxfordshire. Lisa Jayne has more than 10 years of teaching experience and is a highly qualified art teacher and accomplished artist.

Since leaving her art teaching role she has continued to personally conduct art lessons at her beautiful, converted stable studio in Oxfordshire where she is recognized for her ability to identify and harness the natural creativity within everyone.
