A qualified art teacher, Lisa completed her teacher training qualification from Westminster College, Oxford in 1999 and worked in a number of reputable private schools before leaving to pursue her own work. Since leaving her last art teaching role as Head of Art at Rye St Anthony in 2007 she has continued to personally conduct art lessons at her own studio in Oxfordshire and abroad. Over the years her students have recognized her ability to identify and harness the natural creativity within everyone.
Louisa Turner
A qualified art teacher, Louisa graduated from Newcastle University in the 1990's where she specialised in painting & drawing. After completing her teacher training qualification from Homerton College, Cambridge she started teaching in St Edwards, Oxford followed by Perse School, Cambridge. Louisa has a keen interest in Landscape painting and has continued to develop her own work in this area since the birth of her two children.
Natalie Thomas
Natalie graduated from Central Saint Martins, London in 2002 where she studied Fine Art. Following a period of working in various creative industries including galleries and the manufacturing of hand crafted ceramic murals, Natalie trained first to be a teacher and then completed her Masters in Art Education at Oxford Brookes University. She went on to teach at Farringdon Community College for 11 years before leaving to travel with her young family. She has a passion for portraiture and works in a wide range of media.
Elaine Aldington
On leaving Art School, Elaine started her career in London as an Art Director in London Advertising Agencies before a change in her career path to raise her young family, entering the Education Sector. Firstly, as a University lecturer in Art Direction and then as an Art Teacher within Senior Schools. Elaine has been teaching a wide range of skills including ceramics, print, sculpture and painting and contextually with her extensive subject knowledge that spans Fine Art through to Applied Arts and Graphic Design. For the past 10 years, she has taught at an Independent Senior School known for obtaining exceptional results in GCSE, Pre U and A Level Art and Design.
Anne-Marie Cadman
Anne-Marie is an Oxfordshire based Textile artist specialising in mixed media techniques for paper and fabric. Her art works reflects her interest in pattern and colour alongside multi layered mixed media techniques. Techniques include, hand printing and painting, cut paper work and textile collage. Anne-Marie has a vast experience of teaching within various phases of education including: long term school residencies, community and school arts, plus foundation and degree lecturing.
